Cat-Shaped Butter Cookies

- 1 cooked egg yolk
- 45 g cake flour or low-protein flour

Instructions
1. Beat the softened butter and powdered sugar together until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
2. Crumble in the cooked egg yolk and mix until fully blended.
3. Add the flour and cornstarch, then stir until a smooth dough forms.
4. Separate the dough and tint each portion with your preferred food colors.
5. Divide the dough into small 10 g pieces. Gently flatten and shape them into cute cat faces or kitten forms based on your design.
6. Arrange the cookies on a lined baking tray and bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes, or until lightly set.
