The croissant is baked until it's super crispy and flaky, with a runny egg + creamy avocado + crispy ham. One bite is just heavenly, and when you pair it with refreshing grapefruit sparkling water, it instantly melts away the workday fatigue.

- Croissant
- Egg
- Ham slices
- Avocado
- Salmon
- Kabocha squash
- Cherries
- Kiwi
- Cherry tomatoes
- Grapefruit sparkling water
Super easy to make:
1. Cut the croissant in half and bake at 180°C for 5 minutes until golden and crispy
2. Fry the egg to get that perfect runny center, pan-fry the ham slices until slightly crispy, and slice the avocado
3. For the savory croissant filling: Layer on avocado slices, ham slices, cheese slices, then top with the runny fried egg
4. Cut the pumpkin into chunks, brush with a little honey and olive oil, then bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until soft and caramelized
5. Roll the salmon into a flower shape, arrange with kiwi, cherries, and cherry tomatoes on the plate, and you're all set!
